If you’re anything like me (and I think you probably are) you plan to work out regularly, you plan to get out of bed real early and go for a run, you plan to be more active and stay in shape… and then life happens and you get distracted and lose motivation.
For me, I have to admit that sex is a very powerful driving force, and I guess it is for most guys. So, if you have that driving you in these areas then it’s easier to keep that motivation going. Whether it’s seeing a regular guy on your running route and planning your sessions to “accidentally” bump into him, or getting to the gym at the right time of day to catch that gorgeous hung jock in the showers, there are ways to make being active more interesting.
Attila Toth would be one such way. He’s a personal trainer, a guy who helps other achieve their goals at the gym, and I think we all probably agree that if we had him as a PT working out would be more like something to look forward to than a chore.
Of course, you’re not likely to get him as your PT, but there are plenty of others out there. So, if you find it hard to stay motivated and keep going to the gym, just find a guy like Attila Toth to help you out
